Colorado Agent Association Endorses WAHVE

22 Agent Groups Now Offer Remote Staff Services to Members

NEW YORK (June 21, 2016) – The Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado (PIIAC) endorsed Work At Home Vintage Experts (WAHVE) to provide contract staffing services to its members.

The endorsement allows the 2,500 property-casualty agency members of PIIAC to access WAHVE’s unique staffing services on a preferred basis. WAHVE offers an innovative contract staffing talent solution to meet the full-time or part-time staffing needs of insurance agents/brokers and other insurance firms. WAHVE’s insurance experts work remotely using technology tools.

Bryan Bernier, CEO of PIIAC, said that WAHVE gives Colorado’s agents another option for professional staffing needs. “Finding and retaining the right staff present an ongoing challenge in the agency business. With boomers reaching traditional retirement age and millennial recruits difficult to attract, independent agencies need alternatives,” said Bernier. “WAHVE provides independent agencies with insurance professionals who bring significant agency experience in customer service, underwriting and other vital insurance workflows.”

Bill Hunt, executive vice president and chief sales officer of WAHVE, said: “Many insurance agencies find it tough to hire the experienced insurance professionals they need locally. WAHVE widens the geographic horizons for these insurance firms. With WAHVE’s in-depth screening and matching processes, we are able to find the expert who is the right fit for that particular firm’s needs, whether in commercial lines or personal lines.”

Vantage Agora Creates StaffLink As A New Managed Service for Insurance Brokers

Selects WAHVE to Provide the U.S.-Based Insurance Professionals

StaffLinkBEACHWOOD, OHIO (January 28, 2015) — Vantage Agora (VA) created StaffLink as a new managed staffing service targeted to mid-sized and large insurance brokers.

The new service gives an additional option for Vantage Agora clients to manage their outsourced insurance resources.

VA selected Work At Home Vintage Experts (WAHVE) to provide U.S.-based experienced insurance professionals supervising Vantage Agora’s India-based insurance processing staff.

“This new choice gives insurance firms a way to have a knowledgeable, U.S.-based insurance professional manage their outsourced staff resources without using their own high-cost personnel,” explained Sudhir Achar, CEO and co-founder, Vantage Agora. “Our clients now can engage their subject matter expert to more client-facing and revenue-generating activities.”

The StaffLink option provides a managed staffing service for mid-sized and large insurance brokers who want to better manage their processing and back-office workflow. “It’s especially relevant for those larger brokers who would like the cost and operational efficiencies of outsourcing processing work — but want a cost-effective and highly knowledgeable insurance professional to supervise and manage this work,” commented Achar.

Stated Sharon Emek, Ph.D., CIC, president and CEO of WAHVE: “Many mid-sized to large brokers have been traveling the outsourcing route, but often there’s a pain point: Managing the outsourced work cost-effectively. What brokers need is not just low-cost, efficient workflow and processing, but the confidence that the work is getting done accurately and efficiently. StaffLink is an opportunity for WAHVE to provide brokers with highly experienced ‘vintage’ insurance professionals to manage these overseas resources at a significant cost-savings.”

The new service supports brokers facing pressure on commissions and revenues and a tight labor market. It allows brokers to focus their highly-paid staff and producers on value-added work with clients/prospects and not processing work.

With StaffLink, the higher-level processing work is done by a U.S.-based WAHVE insurance professional who also manages the lower-level processes done by Vantage Agora workers in India — and at a substantial cost savings.

About Vantage Agora: Vantage Agora (VantageAgora.com) provides backroom support services to agents, brokers, managing general agents, program managers and carriers in the property/casualty insurance market. The company, headquartered in Beachwood, Ohio, has India-based insurance-trained staff who perform back-office support work on a 24/7 basis, freeing staff to focus on sales and customers.
