Brokerage Exec Jill Truitt Joins Work At Home Vintage Experts To Head Talent Management

AVON, Conn. (April 6, 2015) – Jill Truitt, SPHR, a senior brokerage executive, joined WAHVE (Work At Home Vintage Experts) as vice president of human resources. The company provides U.S.-based remote contract insurance professional talent to insurance firms.

Truitt previously held senior HR and organizational development positions with Lockton Companies, Westrope & Associates, and RT Specialty. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR*) designation from the HR Certification Institute.

Truitt will head talent management for WAHVE’s remote insurance professionals and in-house staff. “Jill has a strong background and track record as a senior executive with leadership abilities in talent management, personal and organizational development, corporate ethics, and compensation,” explained Sharon Emek, Ph.D., CIC, WAHVE CEO and co-founder. “She has applied those leadership strengths to develop and execute human resource strategies in support of the overall business plans and strategic direction. Her experience and expertise will help guide WAHVE in its next phase of growth.”

With all three organizations, Truitt worked with owners, stakeholders, production teams and department managers to identify and hire the best talent in support of long-term business development goals. As a corporate business partner to operational and administrative leadership, she provided support and guidance for enterprise-wide management initiatives including business development, accounting and finance, operations, marketing and information technology.
