Our team spends a great deal of time learning about you and your qualifications through our in-depth interviewing process. This not only ensures WAHVE is the right opportunity for you, but also helps us identify which firms and jobs are an appropriate fit. And if you are not happy with your assignment, our team will find you another one.
There is no cost to become a wahve. You do not need to update your resume or pay a service to create your resume. Your application does the trick!
Making the match
Once we determine that you qualify to become a wahve, we decide with you the type of work you prefer and the days and hours you wish to work.
When a job request is received that matches your professional skills and work preferences, we’ll get in touch with you. We’ll describe the job and get your permission to submit your resume to the client. We’ll inform you immediately if the firm decides to interview you for the assignment and we’ll ask you to visit their website to familiarize yourself with the firm prior to the interview. If the opportunity feels a match to both you and the insurance firm, we will coordinate the setup process between the client and you to quickly transitions you to your new remote contract assignment. We do the work to get you a job from home that fits!
Finding the right fit couldn’t be easier
- You complete our Preliminary Profile
- One of our qualifying specialists reaches out to you to discuss your situation and how WAHVE works.
- You complete an in-depth application and interview to confirm your professional background and qualifications as well as the type of work you want to do now and the hours you want to work.
- We also confirm through an assessment process that you have the necessary technology skills and insurance expertise to work remotely from home.
- When a job match is identified, we contact you to review the opportunity.
- If you like the match, we present your career history to the client for consideration.
- If you are selected for consideration, we arrange a phone interview.
- If you and the client agree there is a match and agree on the working terms, we prepare the documents on your behalf.
- We provide you with a clear step-by-step process to help you get started quickly. Our team works with you and the client for a smooth transition.
- You train remotely on the client’s processes, workflows and management systems, which typically takes 3 days.
- You work from your own home office, and each day from your computer, you log in to the client’s system and complete your work.
- We pay you bi-weekly for the hours worked.
