The age of what it means to be “old” is in motion and retirement is becoming about reevaluating what was, in order to reinvent ourselves for a new chapter. That chapter no longer requires us to lose valuable skills, trading in the Dow Jones for a golf cart or our business suites for a muumuu, while another generation takes over.

WAHVE bridges the gap between insurance firms staffing needs and vintage insurance professionals desiring to phase into retirement, what we are calling “pretirement.” Our innovative staffing approach helps vintage experts stay productive longer and insurance firms have continued access to highly seasoned workers.
WAHVE, founded in 2010 by Sharon Emek, has a management team of industry leaders. We currently have over 100 satisfied insurance firm clients and many more delighted WAHVES.
With the use of wireless technology, working out of a home office is pretty darn easy and inexpensive! Connecting to the mother ship is a click away. WAHVES come to the table equipped and ready to work at home with our excellent onboarding process and equipment and software tutorials ensuring remote access is easy and up to date.
