We’re out of eggnog and the soft market’s still hovering.
But the outlook and profits are sure to improve
As the WAHVE rolls in, get ready to move!

The agents were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of commission checks danced in their heads;
And agency owners on Facebook, and I on LinkedIn,
Had just settled in to reflect on the past year’s wins.

On, Processes! On Workflow! Oh, Don’t Be Strangers!
